I’m Nick Panoulias, an experienced mortgage agent with Mortgage Intelligence in Markham, ON.

After growing up in Toronto, I ventured into the world of mortgage financing. I chose the mortgage business because I enjoy meeting people and helping them fulfill their dreams of homeownership. Though it hasn’t always been smooth sailing, I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with my clients since I began mortgage financing over fifteen years ago.

I believe in providing client-focused service and striving for 100% customer satisfaction. The hard work I have put in for my clients over the last few years has helped me achieve success. My clients appreciate my time management, listening, and organizational skills, which translate into the best mortgage rates and products for each family's unique needs.

When I am not at work, I enjoy playing soccer, working out, and spending time with my family. As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty, integrity, and passion.
